Mission statement

Our mission is to broadcast across Bristol and promote African and Caribbean artistic, economic and community enhancement by providing media opportunities for communication, development exposure and growth.
 
Aims and Objectives
 
1.         To establish a community radio station that gives a voice to African-
 Caribbean and other minorities who are under-represented in the  
 media, across Bristol.
 
2.         To provide training, access and opportunity, predominantly for the African-Caribbean community to participate in their own Community Radio Station.
 
3.         To encourage debate, express culture and promote socio-economic development of the local African-Caribbean and other minority communities who are under-represented in the media.
 
4.         To establish a new flagship Radio Station and Community Media Centre providing learning and access to ICTs with a focus on sound recording, music and radio production.
 
5.         To increase access to mainstream media by underrepresented groups
 
6.         To increase and improve communications between African & Caribbean community and sector.
 
7.         To highlight the positive contributions of African and Caribbean groups and individuals in Bristol.
